I am a strategic and creative thinker who is not afraid to get his hands dirty to get things moving in a small operation. I have been involved in both start up situations as well as "turn-arounds" and have been successful in achieving stretch goals. I've been through internal & external mergers and been through countless environmental changes. One of the challenges in working in highly regulated industries is becoming "rule-bound" but I am renowned for being exceptionally creative in overcoming institutional/bureacratic boundaries. I think this comes from being a left-handed Gemini!
